I always dealt with Angela Werner and she was always great and accommodating, plus if hopper work gets slow or rates drop they can set you up pulling one of their flatbeds to keep you in good money till you want to go back to hopper. They also have fuel cards.

Before you get to excited ask for a few references of carriers who have had several years service pulling for the same broker. Seems to me if the carriers stick around the brokers must be ok. If the carriers leave then there is probably a reason why. Good Luck!

A lot of your success with Brokers will rely on your Location. I myself utilize HTC Express and Double T Trading, Both Companies are out of Roff, Oklahoma. Both Companies are operated by fine people and Pay is never having to be waited on. Both Companies have their own freight customers so you're not just hauling double Brokered freight and both companies buy and sell commodities so freight usually pays quite well.
