lol, got a call from Francis Logistics - South Lake, TX about hauling frac sand. They emailed a 30 page carrier agreement with a lot of do's and dont's. You just about need a lawyer to read it and they just started up six months ago. They are a sister company to Francis Drilling Fluids but everytime I asked about rates he either changed the subject or said he didn't know. They also charge 10% for quickpay and 4% if you wait 10 days, lol. Read and understand before signing this crap.

I tried calling these guys and got no reply not sure they are legitimate. I went to another broker and got a load of sand. Anyone know anything about Sorrels?

Sorry that I haven't been able to get to all of the calls. This is a very active site for bulk loads and the volume of calls has been overwhelming.
The majority of the loads have been covered.. Yes.. We pay our carriers. Our mc# 145351. We've been in business a long time.
Thanks again for all of the responses. I'll be posting anything else on this load board instead of the forum.

If Sorrel has all the trucks he needs, give me a call. I'm working with multiple companies in Tx and Ok hauling Frac Sand. If you have your own trailer and blower runs under 50 miles are paying between $630 to $720 plus hourly rates after 2 hours of demurage. If you only have a power unit I have several companies that will supply trailer and blower. Their rates are substantially lower but they do offer guaranteed daily and weekly rates. Obviously rates would increase with longer runs. Some of the companies pay fuel surcharge and dead head after X number of miles. Most are 2 weeks in the hole then paying every week after. I usually help in the early weeks if you run short. I have an ad running in the jobs listings as well. Tom Sutton 910-512-5311
